What Works for Me

We all know the feeling: that overwhelming urge to escape the noise in our heads and find a little peace. Whether it’s scrolling endlessly through social media, binge-watching shows, or indulging in comfort food, we’ve all sought temporary relief in countless “not so healthy ways”.  Just like “The drop you take can make or break your score,” The type of relief we choose, directly affects the outcome!  

For me, a small but significant source of solace has always been found through golf. It works, at least for me. This series will showcase a powerful tool for enhancing our mental well-being: the world of golf. Beyond the physical benefits, golf can be a game-changer for our mental health.  I have witnessed it, live it and look forward to sharing my green, with you.
