Community Spheres
Conversations & Community

Private. Safe. Online. Free.
While therapy and professional help play a crucial role in mental well-being, there’s an often overlooked aspect of healing: the simple act of talking to your community.
It’s effective, it’s not scary, & it’s something we’ve all but forgotten. Our Spheres are virtual spaces where you can connect with others, share your experiences, and find support.
Our hosts are community members just like you, versed in the topic they are hosting because they live it. They are trained to create a welcoming environment where you can confidently express yourself without fear of judgment or privacy concerns.
We understand that opening up can be intimidating, which is why we’ve designed a system that prioritizes your comfort and confidentiality. Our goal is to offer a wide range of topics and communities, so if you have a specific interest or want to start a group, please reach out through our contact page. Remember, sometimes the most powerful healing comes from simply talking to those who get it.
Modern Community Forums
Spheres ARE modern, virtual, peer support community forums. They are focused on open communication, providing a safe space for individuals to connect, share and be heard without the pressure of finding solutions or receiving professional guidance.
Spheres ARE NOT group therapy sessions led by clinicians, therapists or mental health professionals or facilitators.
Disclaimer: Spheres are not substitutes for professional mental health care. If you are seeking treatment or looking for counseling, or if you are experiencing severe mental health challenges, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional.

- Treat everyone with respect and kindness. No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment will be tolerated.
- Embrace diversity and inclusivity. Everyone’s voice is valuable and deserves to be heard.
- Listen actively and empathetically. Seek to understand different perspectives, even if you disagree.
Open and Honest Communication:
- Share your thoughts and experiences openly and honestly.
- Be mindful of others’ feelings and avoid triggering or offensive language.
- Maintain confidentiality. What is shared in the Sphere stays in the Sphere.
Participation and Engagement:
- Keep your camera on and display your real name. This fosters a sense of connection and accountability.
- Actively participate in discussions and activities. Your presence matters.
- Avoid distractions and side conversations. Stay focused on the group and the topic at hand.
- This is a space for genuine connection and support, not for selling services or products. Recommendations can be shared privately, but please respect the community’s purpose.
- Joining from your cell phone is discouraged unless you’re in a stable and comfortable environment where you can fully engage without distractions.
Technical Considerations:
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment.
- Familiarize yourself with the platform being used (either Signal or Google Meet) and its etiquette.
- Mute your microphone when not speaking to minimize background noise.
Additional Considerations:
- Community Spheres will be offered in either Signal or Google Meet format. The host will determine the platform and provide the link at the bottom of the meeting description.
Please Remember:
- Community Spheres are safe space for everyone. Let’s work together to create a positive and supportive environment.
- If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to the facilitator.
By participating in the Community Sphere, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
