Bringing Holistic Wellness Programs To The Communities You Serve.

Access Navigation
Access Navigation is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit rooted in holistic mental health and wellness.
Our work is human-centered and non-clinical, shaped through collaboration with the communities we serve, and delivered by professionally trained facilitators with extensive experience in community-based wellness programming.
We collaborate with organizations and communities to bring accessible mental wellness into real-world settings—supporting connection, reflection, and everyday practices that help people feel grounded, supported, and engaged. Our approach honors lived experience, respects local context, and focuses on creating experiences that people can carry forward in meaningful, sustainable ways.

Workshops, Pop-Ups & Events
We design, curate, and deliver interactive workshops, original pop-ups, and community events rooted in holistic wellness to support mental health and overall well-being.
Our offerings are intentionally created for the communities they serve—never one-size-fits-all and never off-the-shelf. Each experience responds to real-world needs, current realities, and the lived experiences of the people in the room.
Programs are participatory, approachable, and grounded, offering meaningful engagement and practical tools people can actually use.

Facilitated Community Wellness
We deliver accessible, holistic mental health and wellness programming directly within community and organizational settings.
Programs are led by professionally trained facilitators and experienced practitioners who bring lived experience, professional insight, and a strong understanding of group dynamics, community needs, and real-world environments.
Participation dialogue and connection – defined by people place and purpose.

Partnerships, Access & Support
We partner with organizations and communities across the United States to bring mental wellness into the spaces where people already live, work, learn, and recover—including schools, municipalities, recovery and sober living homes, shelters, workplaces, private practices, nonprofit organizations, and other community settings.
All programs and workshops are offered on a sliding scale, shaped by each partner’s needs and resources. Support comes through a mix of partner funding, public or private funding, donor contributions, and our own fundraising efforts—allowing many offerings to be provided at no cost whenever possible. Scholarships are offered when available.

The Mission
Access Navigation is devoted to making mental wellness feel reachable, human, and rooted in community, honoring the dignity, wisdom, and wholeness of every person.
